Veterans Services
Veterans and eligible spouses receive priority of services in all employment programs funded by the US Dept. of Labor.
55+ Programs
If you are looking for a job and are over the age of 55, PA CareerLink® Centers have programs designed for your level of experience and seniority.
Individuals With Disabilities
Staff can assist individuals with disabilities including resources for the hearing and visually impaired, with intellectual and physical disabilities, and can provide enrollment support for OVR registration.
Finding work with a criminal background
Finding a job or building a career with a criminal record can be challenging. Reentry programs, Fair Chance Hiring initiatives, and the Ban the Box program in Philadelphia can help.
Youth and Young Adults
Youth Navigators in PA CareerLink® Philadelphia centers connect youth and young adults to resources, employment, training and apprenticeship opportunities, and career exposure programs like WorkReady.
Laid Off Workers
If you receive notice from your company about a layoff, PA CareerLink® offers specialized services to aid in the transition.

As an apprentice, you’re an employee from day one. You’ll receive on-the-job training and mentoring, related instruction, and wage gains while on a career path in your chosen industry.

Located in four convenient neighborhoods in Philadelphia, each center is wheelchair accessible and reachable by major thoroughfares and public forms of transportation. The Centers are open from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
