Solar Photovoltaic Training Phase 3
Program Description:
The Phase 3 Training Corp 16-week Solar Photovoltaic Installer training program aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience required to excel in the solar energy industry. Through a combination of theoretical instruction, hands-on exercises, field trips, and project-based learning, participants will develop the competence and confidence to design, install, and maintain solar PV systems efficiently and safely . Incorporating the NCCER curriculum, interactive sessions, and project-based learning, participants will develop the competence and confidence required for successful careers in the electrical industry.

Program Length: 16- weeks
Program Dates: October 14, 2024 – February 7, 2025
Pre-requisites: driver’s license, high school diploma or GED
Training Schedule: M- Thurs 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Skills Learned: Solar PV System Components, Off-Grid PV Systems wiring, Residential Wiring Installation
Industry-Recognized Credentials: Electrical Level 1, Core, OSHA-30
