IT Support Training in Philadelphia 

 

This 13-week IT Support course provides hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise IT systems. Learners will work directly with servers, routers, switches, and desktop technologies, gaining the skills to resolve hardware, networking, and software issues confidently. 

 

Training Provider: Per Scholas Philadelphia 

Program Length: 13 weeks 

Program Format: Hybrid & Remote

Prerequisites: No Tech experience needed. 

  • Be at least 18 years old  
  • Have a high school diploma or GED 
  • Commitment to start a full-time job after course completion 
  • Reside within eligible distance of the advertised Per Scholas Site 
  • Pass all required enrollment steps, such as assessments, pre-work and documentation 
  • Be able to read, write, and speak in English proficiently 
  • Able to commit to the instructor-led time full-time commitment required for the course 

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm 

Skills Learned: Gain an understanding of system administration for Windows servers and learn to manage IT services using platforms like ServiceNow, Learn about essential IT security practices to safeguard systems and data from common threats, Explore key AI tools and concepts in IT support workflows, while preparing for the CompTIA A+ certification, Platforms & softwares: ServiceNow, Microsoft Office 365, VirtualBox, Windows Server 2019 OS, Windows 10 OS, Cisco IOS 

Industry-Recognized Credentials: Comptia A+ Certification, Google IT Support Professional Certificate
