Program Description:
Phlebotomy and Medical Secretaries Vocational Training (PLTVT) Program — Full Circle’s Phlebotomy Technician and Medical Secretaries Program is designed for the entry-level job seeker. Phlebotomy Technicians are sought-after professionals in hospitals, doctors’ offices and laboratories. After Full Circle’s Phlebotomy/CMAA program completion, participants will have the credentials needed to invest in their future and prepare for a rewarding career as a Phlebotomy Technician and CMAA in many national and regional companies with competitive salaries and benefits.

Pre-requisites: High School Diploma or GED, Full Circle Application, Resume, CASAS testing with preferred scores of Math 215 and Reading 228, COVID vaccination preferred, clear background check preferred
Skills Learned: Medical office procedures, venipuncture, capillary sticks, medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, clinical labs, literacy, career readiness support
Industry-Recognized Credentials: NHA Certified Medical Administrative Assistant, NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician, American Heart Association CPR / AED

Event Type: Daytime, 3 days a week from 9:00 AM – 3:45 PM. Pattern is Mondays (online), Tuesdays and Thursday in person in Center City, Philadelphia.
